Where is Pokhara?

Pokhara is a popular tourist hub in Nepal, located about 125 miles west of Kathmandu. The city is the starting point for Nepal’s popular Annapurna Treks.  Pokhara is surrounded by Himalayan peaks and known for its emerald green lakes.

What is a Pokhara Skydive?

After the conclusion of the Everest Skydive, the Everest jump team continues on to Pokhara, for more skydiving.  The Pokhara skydives  are “traditional” jumps, made from a jump altitude of 11,000 to 13,000 feet, and take place at Pame Danda Dropzone, west of Phewa Lake.

Do I need any skydiving experience?

No. Both tandem jumps and solo jumps are offered in Pokhara.

How long is the Pokara Skydive Adventure?

Incredible Adventures recommends a 9 day / 8 night adventure in Nepal that includes skydiving, rafting and sightseeing, but the program can be customized.

What is the cost?

Tandem jumpers pay $6000 US for the full program.  Solo jumpers pay $5000.

Includes: Nine day, eight night adventure with a tandem jump, a tandem paraglide, white water rafting, sightseeing, transfers between Kathmandu and Pokhara, lodging, meals, jump training and guide services.

Excludes: Airfare to Nepal, tourist visa, personal expenses, travel insurance, optional gratuities.

When is it possible to skydive at Pokhara?

Jumps are offered in November, after the Everest Skydive. Call for specific date info.
